Autumn Abode Cottages offer both one and two bedroom cottages. Our one bedroom cottage accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. Our two bedroom cottage accommodates up to 4 guests. Infants up to 2 years of age are welcome to stay in a portacot.
A deposit of one night's accommodation of the total booking amount is to be paid to secure a booking. Payments can be made via internet banking, credit card or cheque. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that specials or last minute bookings may require full payment at time of booking.
A $50 cancellation fee applies if cancellation occurs more than 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the deposit.
Transfer of a booking may be possible and attracts a $50 rebooking fee. Transferring a booking can only be made to available times and to the value of the original booking and are at the discretion of Autumn Abode Cottages. Any increase in tariffs must be covered by the guest. Special offers or packages may not be transferable to a later booking date, but deposits paid can be used towards a future booking.
Cancellations 24 hours prior to arrival, no-shows on the day of a confirmed arrival, late arrivals and early departures will result in full payment of the original booking amount. If a gift certificate was used to pay for the booking fully or partially, the gift certificate will be made void and you will be charged with any balances owed.

Autumn Abode Cottages is smokefree inside. However, guests can smoke outside. An ashtray is provided under cover. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be debited to your credit card if evidence of smoking inside is found.
No pets are allowed. Guide dogs are always welcome.
